The Mayor of the City of Tempe, and Board President of the Rio Salado Foundation, Hugh Hallman, required a site that truly reflected the artistry, color and vision for the development of Rio Salado area. Formed in 2001, the Foundation has forged public-private partnerships to support the construction of various projects around Papago Park and Tempe Town Lake. The purpose of the all Flash, fully-graphical website solution was to attract specific investors to the project.
